We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival date.
Once we reach the 90-day point, the rental fee is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the property for the dates reserved.
If we re-book the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee, less a $100 cancellation fee.
The above rates are for a maximum of four persons. There will be an additional charge of $25 per person (per night) for each additional guest.
