Villa Sunrise
has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Only the second floor bedroom is air-conditioned since the Villa is built in an open plan style with all the doors and windows opening out to the balconied and expansive views of the gardens and North Bali Sea.
The second floor bedroom has a double and a queen sized bed. The media room has a sectional sofa.
The third floor bedroom has a queen sized and a single bed and a meditation area. All of the beds have mosquito netting. The Villa is well stocked with bed linen, and bath and beach towels.
There is a TV/DVD player, an Ipod player and a CD boom box, along with a selection of Cd's and Dvd's. We do not have TV reception or Internet Service. Emergency emails can be sent through Gaia-Oasis, but the service is very slow and frustrating!
Occupancy is limited to the number of people stated on the booking form. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the Villa, although you may see the occasional dog or chickens stroll through the garden.
We provide daily maid and laundry services along with a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, home-made bread and beverages including our wonderful Balinese coffee.
Lunch & Dinner is served daily at the Gaia-Oasis restaurant at very reasonable prices. The offer a selection of fresh juices, smoothies and bee, soda and ice cream throughout the day. You can eat there either a la carte off the menu, or from the delicious buffet that they provide to their guests. You are also welcome to use the kitchen at at the Villa to prepare your own meals.

The swimming pool at Gaia-Oasis is available for your use at no charge if you eat at least one meal per day at their restaurant. A small charge if you do not.
Gaia-Oasis also has Yoga classes twice a day and a full Spa services both at the beach and in the mountain. You can also rent snorkeling equipment from their office.
Our Villa manager, Rai (who works at the Gaia-Oasis office) speaks excellent English and can help you with any of your questions or concerns.
Villa Sunset
is a recently built Villa with one spacious bedroom, a wonderful open plan kitchen, dining area and living room, and a bathroom that features both indoor and outdoor showers. It is perched on the edge of the ricefields with unending views. It is very private, has a gated entry way and it's own beautiful garden of sacred flowers. But, the best part are the patios and the cool refreshing plunge pool and bale just outside your bedroom doors.
Maid Service is 3x per week, and we can arrange to have breakfast prepared for you at the Villa for an small additional fee.
Our driver Nyoman can be contacted to bring you from the airport, and take you touring around the Ubud area. He's a wonderful resource and speaks English well.
This wonderful Villa is set in the village of Penestenan just 10 minutes walk from downtown Ubud, but miles away in terms of quiet and ambience. Now you can have the best of both worlds!
There is a yoga studio just steps away, a small warung (cafe), a western styled supermarket 5 minutes up the road and some great restaurants (Murni's, Bridge Cafe, Indus, Naughty Nuri's, Nacho Mama), museums and spas.
The Villa has a TV with satellite service, a DVD player and an Ipod player. There is wireless internet service just minutes away so bring your laptop.
The Villa is also supplied with linens, towels and kitchen equipment if you chose to do your own cooking.
